Introduction

1. StrataOwn is a software platform, not a managing agent.

StrataOwn provides software tools for record-keeping, communication, meeting workflows, maintenance tracking, and operational transparency. It is not a licensed strata manager, body corporate manager, legal adviser, or financial adviser.

Nothing in the application constitutes legal, accounting, or management advice. Users remain responsible for decisions made on behalf of their building and for ensuring compliance with applicable strata, owners corporation, or body corporate rules.

Account integrity

You must provide accurate and current registration details, keep login credentials secure, and ensure that actions taken under your account are authorized by your role within the building.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, impersonate another user, or attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise any protected feature, token, or integration.

Fees & Payments

2. Platform access, subscriptions, and billing.

If StrataOwn is offered through a paid subscription, the applicable pricing, renewal terms, and billing frequency will be disclosed to the building or account holder selecting the plan.

StrataOwn does not collect levies or make payments on behalf of a building. Any financial information shown in the app is for workflow support and transparency, not custodial banking.
